100-Day Returns
Redefining how you experience travel is our mission, and we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every WNTR piece. We want you to love everything about your purchase, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on unused items within 100 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your product must be unused, in perfect re-sellable condition, and accompanied by all original packaging. This includes every element it arrived with, such as tags, plastic wrapping, bubble wrap, protective covers, and the outer shipping carton. The packaging is designed to protect your piece in transit; without it, we’re unable to safely process a return.
We encourage you to explore your WNTR piece at home before deciding to keep it:
- For luggage, roll it indoors to experience the smooth precision of our NordDrive™ 360 wheels.
- For backpacks and briefcases, open and test the compartments, zippers, and straps to see how they fit your routine.
- For accessories such as neck pillows, check the comfort, finish, and fit while keeping protective wrapping intact.
- Keep your suitcase lock set to 0-0-0 until you’re certain it’s the one for you.
- Retain every part of the packaging until you’ve made your final decision.

The 100-Day Returns Policy Does Not Apply To:
-Used items. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with complete packaging.
-Personalised items, as these are bespoke and crafted especially for you.
-Items that have already been returned or exchanged once. (Each item can only be returned once per order.)
Return & Refund Process
We want your WNTR experience to be seamless from start to finish, including returns. To initiate a return, simply email concierge@wntrtravel.com or send us a WhatsApp message at +91 8669999556 with your order number to schedule a pickup.
Once your item is received, our team will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 12–15 business days, though we strive to complete them sooner.
If an item does not pass our quality check or arrives without complete packaging, it will be deemed ineligible for return. In such cases, shipping costs both ways will be borne by the customer. These will be communicated before the product is sent back.
