Return Policy

Redefining how you experience travel is our mission, and we stand by the quality and design of every WNTR piece. We want you to love everything about WNTR products, too—which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on unused items for the first 100 days.

We are only able to accept returns on unused items, so please gently test your products at home before traveling with them. Here’s how:

  • Take your suitcase for a spin indoors to test out our 360-degree, buttery smooth, and hushed Hinomoto wheels.
  • Try out your WNTR piece’s interior compression system by packing in as many outfits as you can.
  • Keep your suitcase’s lock set to 0-0-0 until you’re sure you want to keep it.
  • Keep all your original packaging—you’ll need it if you want to return your order.

The 100-day returns policy does not apply to the following:

  • Used items - Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Personalized items - these are bespoke items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You have already returned the same item once previously (an item can be returned once per order).

Return & Refund Process

We believe your shopping experience should be enjoyable from start to finish, including returns. Our hassle-free return and refund process makes it easy to return your purchase. Simply email us at concierge@wntrtravel.com or send us a WhatsApp message at +91 8669999556 to schedule a pickup. Include your order number to help us serve you better. 

Once we receive your item, we'll quickly inspect it and promptly issue your refund to your original payment method. While most refunds take 12-15 business days to process, we always strive to expedite this timeframe. Our dedicated concierge team is available to assist you with any questions throughout the process.
