Telescopic Handle Jerk Test
We push our telescopic handles to the limit, repeatedly lifting, dropping, and abruptly stopping a fully loaded WNTR piece (up to 25 kg) for an industry leading 800 times. This confirms the handle's exceptional strength and stability.
Drop Test
Each WNTR piece, fully loaded, is dropped onto every surface, edge, and corner from heights of 90 cm and then 120cm, validating its ability to withstand unexpected impacts.
Wheel Mileage Test
To replicate real-world travel, we load each piece with up to 25 kg inside, with an additional 7 kg of weight on the telescopic handle. We then angle the piece at 45° and roll it for the equivalent of 32 km on a specialised treadmill with bumps. This verifies the strength and smooth operation of wheels and handles under stress.
Handle Jerk Test
Our grab handles are made to last. Each suitcase is loaded with up to 25 kg and lifted, allowed to fall from a set height, and then caught by the handle—repeated 800 times. This ensures that even the most delicate parts of your WNTR piece can handle anything your journey brings.
