WNTR and its representatives shall not be personally or collectively liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product as defined under our Warranty Policy. Under no circumstance shall WNTR be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Section 18 - Customer Reviews & Moderation Policy

WNTR values transparent, genuine customer feedback and publishes both positive and negative reviews that reflect authentic product experiences. However, to maintain the integrity of our platform, WNTR reserves the right to moderate, withhold, or remove reviews that violate our community standards. This includes, but is not limited to, reviews containing offensive language, spam, or promotional material. Furthermore, WNTR strictly prohibits the use of reviews as a mechanism for extortion. We reserve the right to unpublish or reject reviews submitted in bad faith, including instances where a customer uses the threat of a negative review to demand free usage of a product, or explicitly refuses a full and unconditional refund/return resolution offered by our support team.
