The WNTR Lifetime Warranty

Every WNTR piece is crafted to travel beautifully, made from premium materials, tested for endurance, and designed to last through years of movement. Our Lifetime Warranty reflects our commitment to your experience long after purchase.
This policy applies to all WNTR products purchased directly from www.wntrtravel.com or authorised retail partners.

Each warranty term begins from the date of delivery. Within this period, WNTR will repair or replace, at its discretion, any part found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered

Your warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Depending on your product, this includes:

Luggage (Strunk™ and Dawn X Series)

• Cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell under normal handling.
• Issues with NordDrive™ 360 wheels or wheel housings.
• Malfunctioning telescopic or side handles.
• Broken or misaligned zippers (2 Years)
• Broken locks
• Defects in interior compression straps, dividers, or linings.

Backpacks & Briefcases (Allure Series)

• Stitching or seam defects
• Faulty zippers or hardware (buckles, clips, or fittings)
• Handle or strap failure under normal use
• Inner lining or compartment structure defects

Backpacks & Briefcases (Allure Series)

• Stitching faults or fabric defects
• Faulty zippers, fasteners, or closures
• Material defects that affect comfort or usability

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling (including overstuffing)
• Airline related damages.
• Cosmetic wear such as scuffs, marks, minor dents or fading that do not affect performance.
• Damage from extreme temperatures, moisture, or solvents.
• Lost or stolen products.
• Products repaired or modified outside WNTR’s authorised service network.
• Items without valid proof of purchase (see below)

Proof of Purchase

To validate any warranty claim, you must provide your original purchase invoice or receipt from the authorised retailer or wntrtravel.com. Claims without valid proof of purchase may be rejected.

Servicing & Warranty Fee

All approved warranty claims include a flat service charge of ₹750, which covers:
• Two-way shipping (pickup and return)
• Comprehensive internal and external cleaning
• Disinfection and deodorisation
• Polishing of metal corners and detailing
• Lubrication of zippers, wheels, and moving parts
• Tightening and adjustment of fittings, screws, or handles
• Replacement or repair of eligible components under warranty We treat servicing as a full restoration, ensuring your piece returns to you refreshed, precise, and ready for further journeys.

Packaging for Servicing or Warranty Claims

Each WNTR piece ships in custom packaging engineered for protection. We recommend flattening and storing your original shipping carton, this ensures safe transit if your piece ever needs servicing. If the carton has been discarded, you will need to find a suitably sized and sturdy box to secure the product for shipping. Servicing or warranty claims can only be accepted once the product is safely packed for transit.

International Warranty

For customers outside India who need to file a warranty or service claim:

2. Provide your order number, location, and clear photographs/videos of the product including the affected area.
3. Our team will assess your submission and determine the best course of action, this may include a full refund, local service options, return shipping, or regional repair network coordination.
4. Shipping fees, duties or customs charges may apply depending on your country and will be communicated where applicable.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Fill this contact form or Email concierge@wntrtravel.com or WhatsApp message +91 86699 99556 with your order number, product details, and images of the issue.
2. Our Concierge team will assess your claim within 24–48 hours.
3. Once approved, we will coordinate pickup, service logistics, and return delivery, keeping you updated throughout.

At-Home Assistance

Sometimes, small issues don’t require a full service. For such instances, we offer At-Home Assistance - A simple and efficient way to restore your WNTR piece without sending it in. If a minor component needs attention, our team can ship you the exact replacement part along with an easy step-by-step guide and video instructions. All you’ll need is a few minutes and a standard screwdriver. Once your warranty claim is filed, our Concierge team will walk you through the process and share the relevant videos to help you complete the fix with ease.

Airline Damage

While every WNTR piece is built to endure the demands of modern travel, handling by airlines or third-party carriers is beyond our control and therefore not covered under the WNTR warranty.
However, if your luggage sustains damage during a flight, there are a few steps you can take to ensure the airline takes responsibility promptly:
Before you check in, take a few clear photos of your WNTR piece at the airline counter. These serve as proof of its condition prior to handover and make it easier for the airline to process your claim if damage occurs.
Inspect your luggage immediately upon arrival. If you notice cracks, dents, broken handles, or missing wheels, do not leave the baggage area before filing a report.
Visit the airline’s baggage service desk and request a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) or Damage Report. Most airlines require this to be completed within a few hours of arrival.
Photograph the damage clearly. Include close-ups, wide shots, and your baggage tag.
Submit your claim through the airline’s website or customer service desk with the PIR reference, photos, and flight details.
Keep all documentation, including boarding passes and claim receipts, until the case is resolved.
• Most carriers will compensate by repairing, replacing, or reimbursing the damaged luggage.

Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

By purchasing or using a WNTR product, you acknowledge that WNTR pieces are designed and tested for travel and personal use under normal conditions. WNTR Lifestyle Private Limited, including its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents, shall not be held personally or collectively liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
WNTR Lifestyle Private Limited and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, resulting from improper use, modification, or failure to follow product instructions and safety guidelines.

WNTR’s total liability, if any, is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of the product in accordance with the terms of this warranty
