Your WNTR order may arrive in multiple shipments. To expedite delivery and reduce our carbon footprint, we ship items individually from the warehouse closest to you. Rest assured, you will receive tracking information for each package, allowing you to monitor the progress of your complete order.

For returns from regions not currently serviced by our delivery network, we kindly ask that you arrange for self-shipping of your order to our Pune warehouse. While your WNTR piece is eligible for return, please note that the customised WNTR ID, being a bespoke creation, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Should you find yourself locked out of your WNTR piece, we suggest first attempting all possible combinations on the lock, starting from 0-0-0 and continuing to 9-9-9. This process typically takes around 15 minutes.
Kindly note that once you've personalised your lock combination from its initial 0-0-0 setting, we have no access to that information.
