This lifetime warranty encompasses protection against any manufacturing defects, including issues with wheels, zippers, handles, nylon compression strap breakages, and specific cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell or aluminum bumpers.

Please be aware that our extended warranty does not cover defects arising from improper use, pre-owned cases, or those lacking appropriate proof of purchase. Additionally, cosmetic damages, such as:

• Minor dents
• Bumps
• Scratches
• Scuffs
• General wear and tear resulting from regular use.

The warranty applies only to damages that significantly impact the overall functionality of the case.

In the rare occurrence of a warranty claim with WNTR:

Should any component of your WNTR piece require repair or replacement due to damage, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and seamlessly.

We will first assess whether the repair can be done conveniently at your location. If so, we'll promptly dispatch a replacement part along with detailed instructions for easy installation.

Alternatively, if a repair isn't feasible on-site, we'll arrange for your WNTR piece to be collected, expertly repaired at our atelier, and returned to you. Please note that shipping and processing times may vary slightly depending on the specific part and its availability. In the rare instance that a defective component cannot be repaired or replaced, we'll provide you with a comparable or upgraded WNTR product of equal or greater value.

We understand that some WNTR pieces hold sentimental value, especially limited editions or those no longer in production. While we cannot guarantee an exact replacement in these cases, rest assured that we'll work diligently to find a suitable alternative that meets your needs and reflects the WNTR aesthetic you love.
