I have given a 4 star review because the delivery was slightly delayed. The customer service was very prompt and Keyaah from WNTR assisted me with timely updates and got the bag delivered once I contact WNTR customer care. They responded with 5 mins which isn't seen in any of their rivals as Mokobara or Assembly as I own both of them. But moving forward I am just going to recommend WNTR to friends and family. Shout out to Keyaah for saving the day.

These are beautiful!! When Ananya asked me to write a review for the website, I was more than happy. To everyone reading - please go ahead and get these, these guys are AMAZING! The bags themselves are flawless. My only concern is that the cabin handle is slightly more wobbly than I would have wanted - but Ananya explained why it's designed the way it is, I've had no issues with it thus far, but mentioned it anyway .

Just to explain for everyone else reading; the trolley handles are designed differently for the cabin vs the check-in sizes. What happens is - we tend to pick up the cabin bag with the bag's trolley handle when we're going up a flight of stairs, or at the airport etc. So the handle needs to be designed in a way, where it's durable and stays so while having upto 15kg weight suspended on it. We have purposely designed it to have a little play, so the tensile strength is high.
The check-in sizes might feel a little more tight and stiff, but that's solely because no one really picks up those bags with the trolley handles. So we can engineer them to have a more desirable, tighter feel.

Bought a couple cabin bags for myself and my sister; can’t decide which colour’s better, but quality is great. I had IT luggage and Delsey before this, but these are way nicer than any we’ve used before. The personalised tags are tough to put on, so deducting 1 star for that. Bags are solid 5 stars
