I am very happy with the product and thanks to WNTR for coming up with this product which I plan to use on my coming tours. I am kind of sold to the brand
Anirban Ray ★★★★★
Purchased the mid-size WNTR bag around 10 days back and I’m really happy with the quality. The bag feels sturdy, lightweight, and very spacious for short trips. Wheels roll smoothly and the overall finish looks premium. Definitely a great value-for-money purchase!
Narendra Joglekar ★★★★★
When the luggage arrived, the first impression was fantastic—sleek design, sturdy build, and really premium-looking. But the best part was my daughter’s reaction—she absolutely loved it the moment she saw it! That alone made the purchase completely worth it.
Sanjeev Saraswat ★★★★★
Thanks for this! Love it. Great quality and more better to use compared to flat opening bags

Great quality bags... I got the set of three and can’t wait to use them all! Compared to the competition, the design and value are excellent, and they look and feel truly premium. The wheels are smooth, and the overall build feels sturdy. The colors are great too... I especially love the maroon interior of the bag.
Thanks for this! Love it. Great quality and more better to use compared to flat opening bags
This is my 2nd bag from wntr, it's beautiful classy and spacious as always
Welcome back and thank you!
Amazing colour and quality. Very spacious despite being a cabin. I can easily fit 3-4 days of packing
Thank you! And that colour's popping in that picture too 😁
I’ve been wanting to buy a super high quality luggage for a very long time. So glad I got this. It feels way more premium than the price. Amazing. I was comparing this to assembly, Safari, Carlton, Mokobara etc. checked them out all but thought I’ll buy this and see if I like it. If not return. But so happy with it. Thank you for great service too
Thank you! We've tried very hard with quality. Glad you're loving it.
Perfect, no nonsense high quality cabin bag. Solid feeling build, nice interior. Looks amazing, good price.
I’m so glad WNTR launched this trunk style luggage. I wanted it for a really long time, and when they said it was launched I got it right away. Got it for 7k, on sale.
Coming to the bag, it’s super high quality, the bottom half is deeper than the top half so you can open just the top lid when you don’t have space. It’s perfect. Love the colour and the feel
Thanks Disha! Appreciate the kind words
This is amazing! Awesome product for the price; feels way more premium than other options.
Love it! Thank you.
I love the way the bag looks, and the wheels, everything is exactly the way they have mentioned, I just want a luggage cover for travelling, which the brand doesn't have. They have given dust cover, which is good for storage but not travelling. How do protect bag while travelling?
Have been contemplating on buying a bag from one of these new trendsetters in the market. But so glad i finally picked WNTR over the other brands after a lot of research. Absolutely love the build quality of the bag. Have already made 3 trips and the indigo bag handlers despite of their best attempts haven’t been able to scratch it yet. I would suggest you to go for it without thinking. Its the best out there.
Saw a wntr bag at an airport, loved the looks of it. Bought a set, everything from unboxing to experience in my hands is solid
Thet'll keep coming! ;)
I haven't used any bag which is has so smooth wheels which roll effortlessly on the carpets. I came across this brand while I was on the airport for my India trip and especially waited to buy a replacement for my old luggage. In love with this bag ❤️
Thanks Jared!
Bag is solid. I like the finish of the corner. A little of expensive side but completely worth it.
I have given a 4 star review because the delivery was slightly delayed. The customer service was very prompt and Keyaah from WNTR assisted me with timely updates and got the bag delivered once I contact WNTR customer care. They responded with 5 mins which isn't seen in any of their rivals as Mokobara or Assembly as I own both of them. But moving forward I am just going to recommend WNTR to friends and family. Shout out to Keyaah for saving the day.
Can't wait to travel with this - my unboxing experience was great, they have included a nice dust bag that comes with luxury brands I've purchased before. Overall quality feels superb
Thanks so much to Ananya from WNTR; I reached out to them and asked for 3 different colours in my set, not only was she extremely quick and responsive, but perfectly understood what I needed and delivered ASAP. I just got back from my trip to Europe and this is the first time people have come up to me and asked about my bags.
These are beautiful!! When Ananya asked me to write a review for the website, I was more than happy. To everyone reading - please go ahead and get these, these guys are AMAZING! The bags themselves are flawless. My only concern is that the cabin handle is slightly more wobbly than I would have wanted - but Ananya explained why it's designed the way it is, I've had no issues with it thus far, but mentioned it anyway .
Thank you for taking the time out, Riya!
Just to explain for everyone else reading; the trolley handles are designed differently for the cabin vs the check-in sizes. What happens is - we tend to pick up the cabin bag with the bag's trolley handle when we're going up a flight of stairs, or at the airport etc. So the handle needs to be designed in a way, where it's durable and stays so while having upto 15kg weight suspended on it. We have purposely designed it to have a little play, so the tensile strength is high.
The check-in sizes might feel a little more tight and stiff, but that's solely because no one really picks up those bags with the trolley handles. So we can engineer them to have a more desirable, tighter feel.
The Dawn X Large is the biggest bag in WNTR's Dawn X range: a 105L polycarbonate check-in suitcase priced at ₹7,499, sized for trips that run past two weeks, families packing for more than one person, or anyone who needs one large, dependable checked bag rather than a cabin-and-medium combination. At 4.7 kg, it is still a genuinely light bag for a 105L hard shell by market standards, though as we'll cover honestly further down this page, it isn't the lightest option within WNTR's own range at this size.
Like the rest of Dawn X, it runs a fixed 80-20 packing architecture rather than Strunk's expanding dual-mode system, so what you see in the size chart is what you get on every trip, no larger or smaller depending on how you pack.
Also available as Dawn X Cabin (₹5,499) and Dawn X Medium (₹6,499), or as a set of 2 or 3 starting from ₹11,499. See the Dawn X collection and Dawn X Sets.
Add a WNTR Identity Tag for personalisation at checkout (+₹399 as shown on this product page; see the note on this figure below).
A 105L suitcase is not the right first bag for most trips. WNTR's own size guidance puts the Dawn X Large at 15 to 17 days of travel, which is a meaningfully longer trip than what the Cabin (2 to 4 days) or Medium (7 to 14 days) are built for. It makes the most sense for:
If your trips usually run a week or under, the Dawn X Medium is very likely the better fit, and considerably easier to lift on and off a luggage belt.
The Dawn X Large uses the same fixed 80-20 interior as the rest of the range: roughly 80% of the 105L is one deep, continuous packing cavity, and the remaining 20% is a shallow, separate compartment kept for what you want to reach without digging through everything else. On a bag this size, that separation matters more than it does on the Cabin, since a single undivided 105L cavity would make finding anything mid-trip genuinely difficult.
It does not expand beyond 105L. The Strunk Large, by comparison, runs a Suitcase Mode at the same 105L and then transforms into a larger 115L Trunk Mode, a real difference covered honestly in the comparison section below.
Like the rest of the WNTR range, it opens through the front door rather than lifting a lid, so both zones are reachable without laying the case flat.
The specifications accordion lists the shell as 100% German polycarbonate. A separate feature tile on this same product page describes it as using 40% recycled material with what it calls an “EtherGloss” finish, a different name from the “UltraShell” finish named on the Dawn X Cabin and Medium pages for what appears to be the same recycled-content claim. We've used the spec sheet's “100% German polycarbonate” line as the primary claim here and flagged the finish-naming conflict in the notes below, since it's now the third different name we've seen used for what should likely be one consistent material story. For more on what polycarbonate luggage actually is, see our polycarbonate luggage guide.
As on the Dawn X Cabin and Medium pages, the feature tile here names the wheels "NordDrive" (an 8-wheel system for 360-degree movement), while the specifications accordion further down the same page calls the identical system "NordGlide 360° System", the name used consistently across the rest of the WNTR range. This is now confirmed on all three Dawn X sizes, which makes it look like a template-wide naming issue rather than a one-off typo. We've used NordGlide here for consistency with your spec table.
A single TSA-certified combination lock, opened keylessly by security at checkpoints without needing to be cut. The feature tile on this specific page also describes the zippers as anti-theft, dual-layer construction, a detail that wasn't called out on the Dawn X Cabin or Medium pages we built earlier. Worth confirming whether this applies across the whole Dawn X range or is specific to the Large; we've stated it here only, since that's what this page shows.
WNTR's own guidance for this bag is 15 to 17 days of travel, packed across the two 80-20 compartments. As with the Medium, this is a fixed figure rather than a range that grows with how you pack, since the Large doesn't have a second, bigger mode to switch into. If you're consolidating for two travellers or packing for a genuinely long trip, that 105L is generous; if you're weighing it against Strunk's expandable alternative, see the honest comparison below.
At 4.7 kg, the Dawn X Large is genuinely light for a 105L hard shell suitcase against the market broadly. Most large check-in cases in this capacity range and price band weigh closer to 5 to 5.5 kg, so if you're comparing it against typical large suitcases generally, the lightweight claim holds up.
But within WNTR's own range specifically, the pattern flips at this size. The Dawn X Cabin (2.9 kg) and Dawn X Medium (3.9 kg) are both lighter than their Strunk equivalents. The Dawn X Large, at 4.7 kg, is actually 0.2 kg heavier than the Strunk Large, which weighs 4.5 kg despite offering more capacity in both of its modes (105L Suitcase Mode and 115L Trunk Mode). We're stating this plainly rather than repeating the lighter-than-Strunk framing used on the Cabin and Medium pages, because on the Large size it simply isn't true, and a search-visitor comparing the two on weight deserves the accurate number.
The Dawn X Large carries a 5-year comprehensive warranty, covering:
Warranty service includes pickup and repair with a 7-day turnaround and nationwide coverage. Full terms on our warranty policy page.
This page also names the add-to-cart "WNTR Protect" badge clearly for the first time across the three Dawn X pages we've built: "5-Year Warranty + Airline Damage Protection", marked as a free inclusion rather than a paid add-on. That's more specific than what was visible on the Dawn X Cabin and Medium screenshots, where the same badge appeared without the "Airline" qualifier; see the note below on updating those two docs to match.
Both are genuine polycarbonate hard shells with front-door access. At this size, the case for Dawn X is price and simplicity, not weight or capacity, both of which now favour Strunk.
Unlike the Cabin and Medium comparisons, where Dawn X keeps at least a weight advantage, the Dawn X Large doesn't clearly out-perform the Strunk Large on any single spec. The honest reason to choose it is that it's ₹3,000 cheaper for a still-genuine polycarbonate 105L check-in bag with a shorter warranty, not because it's lighter or roomier. If either of those matters more to you than the price gap, the Strunk Large is the better spec sheet at this size.
See the full Strunk Large product page for its specs.
The reviews widget on this page shows an aggregate rating of 4.92 from 134 reviews. Looking at the individual review cards, several are explicitly tagged as reviews for other Dawn X products (the Dawn X Cabin and the Dawn X Set of 3, among others) rather than the Large specifically, so this headline figure appears to be a range-wide rating rather than one collected only from Dawn X Large buyers. We've reported the number as shown rather than assuming it's Large-specific; worth checking with your reviews app whether it can be filtered to this product alone before publishing.
₹7,499, free shipping, 5-year warranty, and 100 days to try it. Add to cart, or compare it against the Strunk Large if you want the lighter weight, dual lock, and expanding capacity instead.

WNTR's own guidance is 15 to 17 days of travel at 105L. It's a fixed capacity and doesn't expand further.
At 4.7 kg, it's genuinely light compared to most 105L hard shell suitcases on the market, which typically run closer to 5 to 5.5 kg. Within WNTR's own range, though, it's slightly heavier than the Strunk Large (4.5 kg), so if you're specifically comparing WNTR's two large bags on weight, Strunk is the lighter one.
Yes. The specifications accordion lists the shell as 100% German polycarbonate.
No. Dawn X uses a fixed 80-20 interior split at a constant 105L. The Strunk Large instead matches that 105L in its Suitcase Mode and expands to 115L in Trunk Mode.
Both are genuine polycarbonate hard shells. Strunk Large is slightly lighter (4.5 kg vs 4.7 kg), offers more capacity through its expanding Trunk Mode, has a dual TSA lock, and carries up to 10 years of warranty. Dawn X Large costs ₹3,000 less with a single lock and a 5-year warranty. Choose Dawn X Large for the lower price; choose Strunk Large if weight and expanding capacity matter more to you.
A 5-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects, the wheels, handle and trolley system, zipper malfunctions, and shell integrity, with pickup-and-repair service and a 7-day turnaround. The add-to-cart page also shows a free 'WNTR Protect: 5-Year Warranty + Airline Damage Protection' badge alongside this.
Yes, Dawn X is sold as sets of 2 or 3 starting from ₹11,499. See the Dawn X Sets collection for current combinations and pricing.
This product page shows personalisation at +₹399. We've flagged this in the notes below since earlier Dawn X pages we documented showed +₹999 for the same add-on; worth confirming the correct current price before publishing either page.
